Hotel Gangour Palace Best Heritage Hotel In Udaipur

Hotel Gangaur Palace is located in Gangaur ghat, next to city palace. The location popular among foreign tourists and we found ourselves as the only Indian group there!! The hotel seems to be a haveli turned property. Rooms are clean, spacious and wel decorated. However there is no telephone in rooms, hence no room service available. But staff is cordial and helpful. There is a roof top restaurant for both veg and nonveg dish and the view from the restaurant is awesome! Nice stay and good value for money.

An enjoyable place to stay. The building is beautiful, our room had a very special air - it was simple (though good value) but gave you the feeling to stay at a very special place. The built-in couch in a corner surrounded by windows was excellent for relaxing or reading. And the atmosphere in the house is quiet and comfortable, no hurry and a reliable average service.
